What is spiritual direction?
Christian Spiritual Direction is like therapy for your faith- not just focused on mental health, but on deepening your relationship with God. This centuries-old practice offers a sacred space where you can be fully seen, heard, and known as you explore how God is moving in your life.
Your discovery call is the first step. Whether you're new to spiritual direction or it’s been a while since your last session, this initial call is a chance to share your faith journey, reflect on any roadblocks or victories, and discern where God may be leading you next.
During sessions, you can expect moments of silence, reflection, and contemplative practices, along with thoughtful questions to help you notice and respond to God’s presence in your life.
Session Options:
1-on-1 Sessions – Held monthly, lasting 45-60 minutes.
Group Sessions – Held twice a month, lasting 60 minutes.
“Ordinary Faith helped me find a space where I could bring my whole self… the pain, questions, and all. I reconnected with God in a way that felt real for the first time. As a woman navigating both ministry and raising littles, I felt seen and supported in ways I didn’t know I needed during my spiritual direction sessions.”
— JESSICA L., ORDINARY FAITH CLIENT
